abouT us

We are a Central London-based subcontractor that provides water-jet cutting to virtually any material with unmatched precision.  Our clients come from many different industries and, as such, we work with a wide variety of materials that range from metals and glass to stone and ceramics.  Due to the high degree of precision of profile cutting with waterjet, it has undoubtedly become the cutting method of choice for almost any material. It is a more viable alternative to laser cutting and conventional machining, allowing for the profile cutting of any shape and pattern in 2D and 3D cutting requirements to exteremtly tight tolerances.

With a 3-axis state-of-the-art waterjet cutting machine available in-house, the capability to cut glass, metals, composites stone and so much more, we are able to work in all markets from aviation to construction. We serve clients in a range of many other industries, including automotive, engineering, marine, oil & gas, and more.

The use of specialist 3D computerised motion control sofware enables us to produce highly complex shapes as well as the capacity to waterjet materials at 55,000 PSI up to 200mm thickness, with a bed size of 4.0 x 2.0m and an accuracy that matches machined tolerances of +/- 0.1mm.

We understand that speed, quality and budget are everything when it comes to waterjet cutting. Our team of professionals can cut 2D profiles and perform 3D operations on a single machine with great efficiency and high productivity. This means that can be highly competitive on cost, quality, and final delivery. What’s more, we know the intricacies of the waterjet technique and how to effectively reduce material fatigue and increase the life and durability of your components. Click here to send us your project’s drawing for a quick quote.

How we work

A step-by-step process

We are a waterjet cutting subcontractor based in Central London. With our 3-axis state-of-the-art waterjet cutting machine, we provide our clients from all over the UK with profile cutting services as per their bespoke requirements. We are able to waterjet materials at 55,000 PSI up to 200mm thickness, with a bed size of 4.0 x 2.0m and an accuracy that matches machined tolerances of +/- 0.1mm. This allow us to cut highly complex, intricate shapes and patterns into materials with the use of our specialist 3D computerised motion control software.

Depending on the density of the material, we can switch between water-only and abrasive waterjet cutting to ensure smooth-edge cutting of all materials. We are able to achieve this with almost any material, such as stainless steel, aluminium, marble, granite and stone, brass and copper, as well as soft material such as foam and rubber, plastics, cork and leather amongst many others. This draws in clients from many different industries, including, but not limited to construction, automotive, engineering, marine, oil & gas, and glass works.

Waterjet cutting enables high precision complex profiling, while at the same time maintaining the materials inherent structure. Since waterjet is a cold cutting process there are no heat affected zones, and materials are cut without being harmed or changed. Waterjet cutting technology is also more environmentally friendly than conventional machining as it uses no noxious gases or liquids and the waterjet do not create hazardous vapours. The process also allows for extremely flexible quantity requirements to be met, from rapid prototyping for development work to full volume production. Regardless of quantity requirements, waterjet technology cost-effectively produces components to a consistent quality standard.

2D and 3D waterjet profiling opens up a wide range of possibilities for design innovation and production cost savings for a wide range of industry sectors and applications. No matter what the industry or materials used, waterjet machining provides an efficient alternative to other, often more expensive and slower, techniques. This means that can be highly competitive on cost, quality, and final delivery.
